Coming out of Europe's most successful technology cluster, Cambridge Cleantech was the first and is the leading climate tech and cleantech ecosystem enabler in the UK, with global reach and connections.
Since 2011, Cambridge Cleantech has been acting as a powerful catalyst for change and connecting hundreds of key businesses across the ecosystem. Via its flagship event, Cleantech Venture Day, Cambridge Cleantech has enabled investments exceeding $650m to over 220 innovators.
Together with Oxfordshire Greentech, the networks have over 4,000 contacts with leading businesses, academia and investors in search of SDG-aligned innovations with the power to address global challenges.
With the launch of the Climate Tech SuperCluster initiative, co-founded by Sam Goodall, CEO of Cambridge Cleantech, Hannah Scott, CEO of Oxfordshire Greentech, and Roland Hardwood, Founder of Liminal, the network and opportunities for the climate tech community continue to expand exponentially. By scaling Cleantech Venture Day and taking the event to three key cities—London, Paris, and Amsterdam—within the Climate Tech SuperCluster region, the initiative provides a powerful platform to accelerate climate tech innovation on a global scale.
