CORPORATE CASE STUDIES
Bidfood is one of the UK’s largest food wholesalers delivering daily to around 25,000 supermarkets and restaurants. Following an innovation search by Cambridge Cleantech, UK based innovator, Dearman was able to reduce particulate emissions by 35% with their liquid nitrogen fuelled refrigeration units.
Act&Sorb whose technology turns MDF waste into active coal and green energy has designed a full-scale demonstration plant for the Port of Rotterdam with a projected CO2 emission reduction of 100%.
Anglian Water collaborated with Ekogea Ltd to develop a trial digester rig to test additives which have the potential to improve the amount of methane produced and in turn, the amount of electricity they can self-generate.
